Just when you thought Scandoval was out, it pulled you, and several lawyers, back in.

Accursed heterosexual man Tom Sandoval crawled out of the Traitors castle just in time to file a lawsuit against ex Ariana Madix for exposing his cheating ways via the sexy FaceTime he had with her good-friend-turned-sworn-enemy Rachel (formerly Raquel) Leviss.

Of course, Sandoval is suing Madix because Leviss is suing him — and Madix — for the same thing. So for those keeping track at home, Scandoval has given us must-see TV, two Emmy nominations for the once-flailing Vanderpump Rules, the greatest scorned woman comeback since Angela Bassett burned down her husband's Beemer, the complete destruction of Rachel Leviss' character in the court of public opinion, even more (for some ungodly reason) Tom Sandoval, and now, a series of lawsuits.

Is there nothing this s---show can't do?

Anyway, the lawsuit(s): Originally, back in February, Leviss sued Sandoval and Madix accusing them of revenge porn, eavesdropping, invasion of privacy, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Sandoval countered the suit in April, claiming it was just a bid on Leviss' part to "extend her fame." In his filing, Sandoval claimed the videos between him and Leviss "were created by Leviss and published by Leviss to Sandoval via a consensual exchange on FaceTime."

In his claim against Madix, obtained by Entertainment Weekly, Sandoval claims she invaded his privacy by accessing the phone containing proof of his philandering and then copying and distributing said proof to Leviss and others without his permission. And so, Sandoval is seeking "punitive damages" for, essentially, getting caught cheating on his ex-girlfriend, proving that staying single is sometimes just easier.

Lawyers for Leviss and Sandoval did not immediately respond to EW's request for comment, but Madix's attorney, Jordan Sussman, issued this statement:

"It is abhorrent that Tom Sandoval continues to torment Ms. Madix. From engaging in an illicit affair that shattered her home and stability, to months of emotional warfare and now this attempt to further shirk personal responsibility for the effects his actions have had on her and her emotional wellbeing. Mr. Sandoval knows full well what sort of privileges he and Ms. Madix shared in regard to their personal communication devices. If he or his mistress had their way, it would be illegal for someone to discover their spouse or significant other was having an affair.

"For Mr. Sandoval to go from begging Ms. Madix for forgiveness to blaming her for his wrongdoing speaks for itself. Even months after the New York Times branded Mr. Sandoval 'the most hated man in America,' he has clearly learned nothing and believes it necessary to continue torturing Ms. Madix in a vain effort to rehabilitate his image. Ms. Madix is confident that a jury will see through this latest ploy and dismiss his frivolous claims."
