- Kid Rock storms offstage after Nashville audience doesn't clap along: 'If you ain't gonna clap, I'm gone'
Kid Rock isn't above throwing a tantrum, even when he's in the middle of a performance. The 54-year-old singer proved this during a Feb. 8 performance at Jon Bon Jovi's Nashville bar, where he was welcomed onstage as a surprise guest for Bon Jovi keyboardist David Bryan's birthday celebration. Rock was met by applause when he joined the band onstage for a rendition of Creedence Clearwater Revival’s classic hit “Proud Mary" — but before the song was over, he was shouting expletives at the crowd. Kid Rock doubles down on his drunken rant against Oprah Winfrey and Joy Behar: 'I own what I said' It began toward the back half of the song when Rock attempted to get the crowd involved by clapping his hands to the beat and encouraging the audience to do the same. Displeased by the number of people who got involved, Rock halted the song, waving his hands at the band and telling them to cut the music. "Hey, hey, stop,” he said, per fan-recorded footage of the moment. "If you ain’t gonna clap, we ain’t gonna sing. That’s how it’s gonna go." Andrew Harnik/Getty He then guided the crowd in clapping along before the music started back up and the song resumed. Unfortunately, it wasn't long before Rock was again disappointed by the lack of audience participation and gestured for the music to stop. "You know what? F--- y’all. If you ain’t gonna clap, I’m gone,” he declared, before abruptly leaving the stage. Bryan and the other band members appeared confused as they watched Rock leave. After a few moments, the band continued to perform without the "All Summer Long" singer. Representatives for Kid Rock did not immediately respond to Entertainment Weekly's request for comment. Kid Rock. Todd Kirkland/Getty Kid Rock allegedly waves gun around during interview with Rolling Stone reporter Kid Rock's meltdown aside, Bryan indicated that he still enjoyed his birthday celebration and thanked Big & Rich singer Big Kenny for his guest appearance with a clip of the performance. "THANK YOU FOR THE BIRTHDAY WISHES," he wrote on Instagram. "Rocking at @jbjsnash last night with @bigkennytv!” Rock's tantrum comes weeks after his performance at President Donald Trump's inauguration weekend event. The rocker was one of many to sing at the Make America Great Again Victory Rally, which also saw Billy Ray Cyrus and Lee Greenwood take the stage. Rock has been a vocal supporter of Trump and has not shied away from his own controversial persona. "I'm part of the problem,” he told Rolling Stone last year. "I’m one of the polarizing people, no question. Sometimes I bitch about other people, then I look in the mirror and I’m like, 'Oh, yeah, why don’t you shut the f--- up too?'" Rock is set to embark on Rock the Country, an 11-city tour with Nickelback beginning in April.
- Demi Moore's dog Pilaf still recognized her through The Substance's twisted prosthetics: 'She always knew who I was'
Demi Moore's adorable and, quite frankly, iconic pet, Pilaf, might be an A-lister among celebrity pets, but she's still a loyal dog at heart. The actress tells Entertainment Weekly that her beloved 3-year-old long-haired chihuahua "was there every day" for the almost six-month shoot of her new body-horror movie, The Substance. Moore, 61, shot the film with director Coralie Fargeat and co-lead Margaret Qualley in Paris in 2022. Despite spending up to 10 hours per day getting buried under layers of monstrous prosthetics, including a facial creation that included 14 individual pieces, Moore says Pilaf had no trouble recognizing her. "She always knew who I was," Moore recalls as Pilaf gently naps in Qualley's arms sitting beside her. "She was in the trailer, and I’d gone in [to shoot] and then came back, and it was as if I looked the same, which was always a great comfort to me." Demi Moore and her dog, Pilaf. Jeff Spicer/Getty Demi Moore reveals she met with studio about making St. Elmo's Fire sequel: 'Everyone is pretty much open' Moore leads the film as Elisabeth Sparkle, an Academy Award-winning actress deemed to be past her prime by a vicious TV executive (Dennis Quaid) who funds her late-career workout video empire before pulling the plug in pursuit of a new, younger star. This prompts Elisabeth to turn to a dangerous new drug that, once injected, produces a youthful version of herself, named Sue (Qualley), that bursts out of her spine — but, naturally, the film explores the price Elisabeth pays for indulging her own self-hatred. Along the way, Elisabeth and Sue's bodies run the gamut, from pop star-level choreography to transformations that give the word grotesque a new meaning — but Pilaf was able to see through it all. "It’s uncomfortable, it’s sensitive," Moore explains of the makeup she wears in the movie, adding that it allowed her to tap into the character's rapidly evolving sense of self (and her fragility) as the movie builds toward its violent conclusion. "We’d hit the weekends and, both of us, did we go out anywhere? We didn’t do anything," Moore says of the grueling shoot. "During rest time, we’d text, I’d go to [Margaret's] apartment, it was two floors down, and we’d be like, ‘I can’t f---ing move.’ It was difficult." The Substance is a piercing indictment of society's attitude toward women's aging told via body horror Something that has moved in recent months, however, is Pilaf's celebrity profile. After posing for photographs alongside Moore at The Substance's world-premiere screening at Cannes in May, Vogue dubbed Moore and Pilaf "the beauty stars of Cannes," while Pilaf was hailed during the Feud TV series press tour as a breakout addition to Moore's team by PEOPLE and W as well. They also posed together at the EW, PEOPLE, and Shutterstock studio at the 2024 Toronto International Film Festival. Demi Moore and her dog Pilaf at the 2024 Toronto International Film Festival. "She's like my little friend, my partner, my little travel mate," Moore said. "And she's just a joy. I usually have her in a little sling. We go everywhere together. She's been to the French Open and the Louvre. She's been to Broadway shows. She recently saw Tom Holland in Romeo & Juliet in London. She was quite moved. She thought the performance was extraordinary, as it was." The Substance is in theaters now.
- Deadpool & Wolverine team recall the near-return of Nicolas Cage's Ghost Rider: 'We tried to get him'
Warning: This article contains spoilers from Deadpool & Wolverine. Back in August, just a couple weeks after the release of Deadpool & Wolverine, Marvel concept artist Rodney Fuentebella revealed an early-stages illustration that he rendered to envision what the Deadpool Corps. fight sequence from the movie might've looked like. It displayed the army of Deadpool variants, including a since-scrapped Dinopool (a Deadpool T-rex), fighting Ryan Reynolds' Wade Wilson, Hugh Jackman's Logan, Wesley Snipes' Blade, Jennifer Garner's Elektra, Chris Evans' Johnny Storm, and — to the surprise of fans — Ben Affleck's Daredevil and Nicolas Cage's Ghost Rider. "This was in the beginning stages of the making of the film so a lot changed," Fuentebella wrote in the caption. Joining Entertainment Weekly's Awardist podcast, Reynolds and Jackman, as well as director Shawn Levy, recalled their efforts to land Cage for a Ghost Rider appearance, even if they didn't get the outcome they were hoping for. Ryan Reynolds as Wade Wilson in 'Deadpool & Wolverine,' Nicolas Cage as Johnny Blaze in 'Ghost Rider'. Jay Maidment/Marvel Studios; Jasin Boland/Columbia Pictures Deadpool & Wolverine heads to digital, Blu-ray: Watch an exclusive clip of the Logan variants "They were in early drafts," Reynolds, who was also involved as a writer and executive producer, confirms of Affleck and Cage. "We had versions of that [sequence], but then as it shook out, you're sort of looking...We're trying to make the movie responsibly, as well. It's a big budget. It's the biggest budget of any of the Deadpool movies, but you want to give yourself as much constraint, which really I think facilitates asymmetrical thinking and creativity. If you have too much time or too much money, it usually murders that kind of creativity. So, yeah, you're shrinking things." "But we did talk to Nic Cage," the actor continues. "We tried to get him, but he was a no-go.... I would've loved him." Like Garner and Snipes, Cage and Affleck played Marvel heroes in movies that were owned at the time by 20th Century Fox, the studio that has since been absorbed into the Walt Disney Company and rebranded as 20th Century Studios. Cage headlined 2007's Ghost Rider, playing motorcycle stuntman Johnny Blaze who transforms into a fiery agent of justice after selling his soul to save a loved one. He returned to the role for the sequel, 2011's Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance. Affleck, meanwhile, appeared as Marvel's Devil of Hell's Kitchen in 2003's Daredevil, which also marked the introduction of Garner's Elektra. Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck in 'Daredevil'. Ryan Reynolds reveals secret Deadpool & Wolverine Gambit scene most of us missed "Luckily, we got a lot of yeses," Levy adds. Those yeses included Snipes, Garner, Evans, Henry Cavill (the Cavill-rine Wolverine variant), Channing Tatum (Gambit), and Dafne Keen (X-23/Laura). "Mostly because Ryan would just call them directly," the filmmaker says. "He'd often do an ambush FaceTime and put them on the spot." Cage more recently reprised a different kind of superhero role. He appeared as an alternate-reality version of Superman in DC's The Flash, bringing to life a part he would've played in Superman Lives, a movie Tim Burton was supposed to direct before the whole thing shut down. "I think [The Flash filmmaker Andy Muschietti] is a terrific director, he is a great guy and a great director, and I loved his two It movies," Cage previously said of that Superman cameo. "What I was supposed to do was literally just be standing in an alternate dimension, if you will, and witnessing the destruction of the universe. Kal-El was bearing witness [to] the end of a universe, and you can imagine with that short amount of time that I had, what that would mean in terms of what I can convey. I had no dialogue [so had to] convey with my eyes the emotion. So that's what I did. I was on set for maybe three hours." Jay Maidment/20th Century Studios/MARVEL Ryan Reynolds is 'mortified' over cutting Rob McElhenney from Deadpool & Wolverine: 'I had to kill a darling' Deadpool & Wolverine has since become a runaway blockbuster success for Marvel, ascending to the rank of highest-grossing R-rated film of all time. The hype was bolstered by Reynolds and Jackman's first team-up as the characters since 2009's X-Men Origins: Wolverine, the official induction of the comic book mutants into Disney's MCU, and the onslaught of high-profile cameos. - Deadpool & Wolverine surpasses Joker as highest-grossing R-rated movie of all time
Deadpool and Wolverine came for and snatched the Joker's crown. On top of being Marvel Studios' first R-rated entry in the MCU, Deadpool & Wolverine is now the highest-grossing R-rated movie of all time with the latest round of box-office numbers. After 23 days playing in theaters, the film, starring Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman as the titular dysfunctional duo, earned a cumulative total of $1.086 billion worldwide, which surpassed previous title holder Joker at $1.0789 billion. The film is still the second highest-grossing movie of the year so far, behind Inside Out 2's haul of $1.596 billion. But it's all good news for Disney, which released both titles. Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool/Wade Wilson; Joaquin Phoenix as Arthur Fleck/Joker. Jay Maidment; Niko Tavernise/Warner Bros./Courtesy Everett Collection Halle Berry says Ryan Reynolds 'never asked me' about reprising her role as Storm in Deadpool & Wolverine Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige had some fun with the newly reached milestone by releasing playful notes from his desk. "Thanks for making Marvel Studios' first R-rated movie the biggest of all time," reads the first note on top of the pile. "It's fantastic to see that audiences are loving this movie as much as we all loved making it. All those conversations were worth it!" Speaking of "those conversations," beneath the letter is another address about all the drug names banned from Deadpool & Wolverine. "To whom it may concern, Per my most recent telefax, the use of the aforementioned illegal substance shall not be shown, reference, or implied in any Marvel Studios production," the comical note reads. "This restriction applies to any and all..." — one word is covered by Feige's more professional remarks — "...including but not limited to the following: Booker Sugar, Nose Beers, Bolivian Marching Powder, Forrest Bump, Snorp, Sniffy Lube, Nose Line, Nose Dive, A Low Blow, Blow and Arrow, Blow is Me, Blow Pop, Bumplestiltskin, Bumpty Dumpty, Dust Bowl, Dust Fund..." Deadpool & Wolverine toyed with Robert Downey Jr. cameo: 'We have the Downey draft' Of course, there's a scene in Deadpool & Wolverine in which Reynolds' Wade Wilson is listening to his roommate Blind Al (Leslie Uggams) run through the entire list of nicknames for cocaine, including many of the ones listed here. Deadpool & Wolverine brought together Reynolds' Wade and Jackman's Logan for the first time on screen since 2009's X-Men Origins: Wolverine. In addition to the hype surrounding this reunion and bringing Jackman out of Marvel retirement after 2017's Logan, the multiversal jaunt included some dynamite A-list cameos, including [REDACTED], [REDACTED], [REDACTED], and [REDACTED]. - Lady Deadpool actor reveals story behind Deadpool & Wolverine cameo: ‘What a ride you’re all in for’
Warning: The article contains spoilers about Deadpool & Wolverine. Who is Lady Deadpool? That's what everyone's wondered since we first caught a glimpse of the character with a long blonde ponytail in the trailer for Deadpool & Wolverine. With the release of the highly anticipated Marvel movie, the cat's out of the bag, and the actor behind the female variant of Deadpool is speaking out. Deadpool & Wolverine's end credits confirm that Lady Deadpool is played by Ryan Reynolds' real-life wife, Blake Lively. The actress took to Instragram on Friday and revealed that she was fated to play Lady Deadpool even before her husband produced the first film. "In 2010, @robliefeld drew an unmasked Lady Deadpool for the first time, go to the next slide for his words. @deadpoolmovie wasn’t real. And Rob had no idea I was working with @vancityreynolds," Lively wrote. The aforementioned next slide is a screenshot from Deadpool comic writer and artist Rob Liefeld, who posted a photo of the first comic appearance of Lady Deadpool, revealing that he based the character on Lively as an expression of his love for her character Serena van der Woodsen on Gossip Girl. Noam Galai/Getty "I pleaded a strong case that Wanda Wilson was a stunning blonde, no scars and Marvel thought that was a cool idea. Invoked Blake on GG and they gave me the thumbs up," Liefeld describes in the post. "If ever we are blessed with Lady Deadpool on screen I'm pretty certain Ms. Lively will have some say in the casting." Lively says that she didn't see Liefeld's post until 2022, a year before filming her part in Deadpool & Wolverine. "The universe has such a magical sense of humor sometimes," she wrote. "What a ride you’re all in for…," she concluded. Lively signed her Instagram post "Xoxo - LP" with a lipstick kiss emoji, confirming that she's the voice behind the mask. In the movie, the Lady Deadpool variant arrives on OG Deadpool's earth from the void to fight him and Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) alongside a crowd of other Deadpools in a third act battle scene. Prior to her arrival, all we find out about Lady Deadpool is that she's toned her body up after just having a baby. Related: Chris Evans, Jennifer Garner, Wesley Snipes and more surprise fans at Deadpool & Wolverine Comic-Con panel Before the reveal, Lively was already dropping hints about her rumored role. She wore the character's signature ponytail and a red bodysuit on the red carpet of the New York City premiere, and Reynolds said "spoiler alert" in reference to the ensemble. Deadpool & Wolverine is now playing in theaters.
- White Lotus costars Meghann Fahy and Leo Woodall finally confirm real-life relationship with kiss
What happens in Italy isn't staying in Italy for two The White Lotus stars. After months of keeping their speculated romance under wraps, season 2 costars Meghann Fahy and Leo Woodall have finally confirmed their real-life relationship. The duo was caught kissing on the sidewalk in New York City while taking a walk in the rain. Fahy, 33, kept close to Woodall, 27, as he was carrying the umbrella, and cameras snapped the two during their rom-com moment. Leo Woodall and Meghann Fahy. Dave Benett/Getty While both Fahy and Woodall have shared photos of each other on their Instagrams and commented "I love you" on each other's posts, neither has publicly confirmed the relationship. When Fahy was asked in January on Watch What Happens Live, she told host Andy Cohen, "Oh, I don't kiss and tell. Come on, guys ... For you, I'll say sure. I'm just kidding, just because you wanted me to say it, so I said it." She later added, "We're friends." On Mike White's HBO drama, Fahy and Woodall both starred in season 2 but were never onscreen together as their storylines were totally separate. Fahy played unhappy housewife Daphne, who was struggling to keep up the facade that she and rich husband Cameron (Theo James) were happy together despite their history of infidelity. The finale heavily implied that Daphne cheated with Ethan (Will Sharpe) after learning that Ethan thought his wife Harper (Aubrey Plaza) slept with Cameron earlier in their Italian vacation. Meanwhile, Woodall played Jack, Quentin's (Tom Hollander) hired boy-toy meant to distract Portia (Haley Lu Richardson) so that Greg (Jon Gries) could have his wife Tanya murdered (Jennifer Coolidge) so he could steal her fortune. - Fallout series first-look images reveal Power Armor and Walton Goggins' Ghoul
With The Super Mario Bros Movie topping the box office and HBO's The Last of Us earning rave reviews, it's been a good year for video game adaptations. Next on the list is Fallout, the iconic franchise of post-apocalyptic action role-playing games. Below, you can see the first images from Prime Video's upcoming TV adaptation of Fallout, which was executive produced by Westworld veterans Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy, with Geneva Robertson-Dworet and Graham Wagner serving as co-showrunners. Nolan directed the first three episodes. The many iterations of Fallout games take place in a post-apocalyptic world ravaged by nuclear disaster and climate devastation. Player characters typically emerge from fallout shelters known as Vaults to explore the world for themselves, but since individual character creation is such a big part of the games, the Fallout adaptation has to invent original characters to represent familiar archetypes. But don't worry — there's plenty of Power Armor to go around. 'Fallout'. Courtesy of Prime Video Fallout stars Ella Purnell (Yellowjackets) as Lucy, an optimistic Vault Dweller with an all-American can-do spirit, whose idealistic nature is tested when people harm her loved ones. Kyle MacLachlan (Twin Peaks) plays Hank, the Overseer of Vault 33 and Lucy’s father, who is eager to change the world for the better. Aaron Moten plays Maximus, a young soldier hiding his tragic past as he serves in a militaristic faction called Brotherhood of Steel. He believes in the nobility of the Brotherhood's mission to bring law and order to the Wasteland and will do anything to further their goals. Walton Goggins (The Righteous Gemstones, Justified) stars as the Ghoul, a pragmatic and ruthless survivor who trawls the Wasteland as a bounty hunter. Irradiated Ghouls are one of the most recognizable elements of the Fallout franchise, and here, Goggins combines their iconic look with a Westworld-esque cowboy outfit. Other Fallout cast members include Moisés Arias (The King of Staten Island), Sarita Choudhury (Homeland), Michael Emerson (Person of Interest), Zach Cherry (Severance), and more. - The Batman sequel delayed again, now set for 2027 release
Give the Bat Signal a rest because the wait for the next Batman movie just got a little longer. Coming off this year's The Penguin series, DC movie fans are likely even more excited than they were previously for the next movie in The Batman saga. Unfortunately, they'll have to wait another year longer to see Robert Pattinson in the Batsuit again. Having previously been pushed back from 2025 to 2026, The Batman sequel has been delayed again and is now looking at a 2027 release date, Entertainment Weekly has confirmed. It still does not have an official title from Warner Bros. The Penguin will bridge the gap between The Batman and the upcoming sequel (exclusive) That will be five years after The Batman first hit theaters in 2022. Like the previous film, it is still set to be directed by Matt Reeves and star Pattinson as the Dark Knight. Colin Farrell will also likely be reprising his role as Oz Cobb/The Penguin, with The Penguin finale directly setting up a conflict between the two characters down the road. Want more movie news? Jonathan Olley/DC Comics/Warner Bros. Responding to the news on Threads, James Gunn, co-head of DC Studios alongside Peter Safran, wrote, "The only reason for the delay is there isn’t a full script (those of you who follow me here probably know that already). Matt is committed to making the best film he possibly can, and no one can accurately guess exactly how long a script will take to write. Once there is a finished script, there is around two years for pre-production, shooting and post-production on big films." The Batman was released before Gunn and Safran took charge of the studio, and the relationship between their new interconnected universe and these Reeves projects remains a little unclear. Gunn has previously said that The Batman and its sequels/spinoffs are part of the "Elseworlds" brand and, therefore, not part of his new continuity. The Flash director Andy Muschietti has even been hired to make a new Batman movie that will be part of Gunn's universe, though the filmmaker hinted that the project has hit some road bumps in a recent interview. James Gunn teases how Creature Commandos kicks off his new DC universe But will audiences really be able to comprehend two different movie Batmans existing at once? This 2027 delay will allow time to see how fans and critics respond to next year's Superman, the first flagship movie from Gunn's project. If that movie is successful, maybe Gunn and Reeves will try harder to make Pattinson's Dark Knight fit in alongside David Corenswet's Man of Steel. If not, perhaps Reeves and Pattinson will continue to blaze their own path independent of larger franchise concerns. The Batman sequel isn't WB's only scheduling change-up, either. Bong Joon Ho's upcoming film Mickey-17, which also stars Pattinson, has been moved up from April 18, 2025, to a new release date of March 7, which might come as a surprise to movie audiences seeing the Mickey-17 trailer ahead of this year's Christmas releases still sporting the April date. The sci-fi film is switching places with Michael B. Jordan's Sinners, which will vacate its original date of March 7 in favor of April 18. Additionally, an untitled project from director Alejandro Iñárritu and Tom Cruise is slated for October 2, 2026.
- 2025 Golden Globes winners announced: See the full list, from Best Actress surprises to Emilia Pérez domination
With the holidays in the rearview mirror, the 2025 Golden Globes winners rang in the new year with a fresh class of awards season darlings at the top of a heated race — including several stunning surprises and shutouts along the way. Across Sunday night's ceremony hosted by comedian Nikki Glaser, the Golden Globes revealed its annual roster of winners in both film and TV categories, with many movies and performances in contention at the Globes — like Mikey Madison (Anora), Angelina Jolie (Maria), Colman Domingo (Sing Sing), and Ariana Grande (Wicked) — also expected to cross over into Oscars territory when the Academy announces its nominations on Jan. 17. Best Film winners in the Drama and Musical or Comedy categories, respectively, included The Brutalist and Emilia Pérez, with the latter emerging as an industry-favorite musical drama that followed up its steamrolling of the European Film Awards in December with four Golden Globe wins — the most for any film this year. Given the Jacques Audiard-directed movie's prominence with both the EFA — which shares significant crossover membership with the Academy — and the Globes, Emilia Pérez may now be the Best Picture contender to beat. That scenario feels even likelier after previously presumed frontrunner Anora lost all of its competitive categories at the Globes. Sonja Flemming/CBS via Getty; Rich Polk/GG2025/Penske Media via Getty (2) Glenn Close censored for using profanity during live Golden Globes broadcast One of those losses came in the Best Actress category, where Demi Moore triumphed over Anora's Madison, whom many predicted would win the award. Moore's performance in The Substance generated career-best reviews for the Hollywood icon, who will now likely go head-to-head with the Globes' Musical or Comedy winner, I'm Still Here's surprise victor Fernanda Torres, on Oscar ballots. Torres overtook strong competition from Maria's Jolie and Babygirl's Nicole Kidman to become a new leader among a crowded category. On the supporting side, Emilia Pérez star Zoe Saldaña was the first winner of the night, while Kieran Culkin (A Real Pain) was honored with Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role. Among TV projects, Shōgun racked up the most significant haul of Golden Globes statuettes, with four overall wins, including three individual acting wins for stars Hiroyuki Sanada, Anna Sawai, and Tadanobu Asano.
Ben Trivett/Shutterstock Moore has also given interviews discussing Pilaf's penchant for fellow famous people, as she told the Daily Mail in June that the dog recently took in a showing of the West End production of Tom Holland and Francesca Amewudah-Rivers' Romeo & Juliet in London.
I was on set for maybe three hours." Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool and Hugh Jackman as Wolverine in 'Deadpool and Wolverine'. Jay Maidment/20th Century Studios/MARVEL Ryan Reynolds is 'mortified' over cutting Rob McElhenney from Deadpool & Wolverine: 'I had to kill a darling' Deadpool & Wolverine has since become a runaway blockbuster success for Marvel, ascending to the rank of highest-grossing R-rated film of all time. The hype was bolstered by Reynolds and Jackman's first team-up as the characters since 2009's X-Men Origins: Wolverine, the official induction of the comic book mutants into Disney's MCU, and the onslaught of high-profile cameos. Listen to the full Awardist podcast episode with Reynolds, Jackman, and Levy wherever you listen to podcasts.
Reynolds and Jackman tell Entertainment Weekly that they are now looking to do another project together that's not Marvel related. The film's director Shawn Levy also says he's "even more confident" that "Marvel and I are not done with each other."
Ahead of the main ceremony at a special gala on Friday, Golden Globes honorees Viola Davis and Ted Danson received the Cecil B. DeMille Award and Carol Burnett Award, respectively, for career achievement in film and TV. The rest of the film and TV winners were presented during the televised ceremony, featuring presenters like Davis, Moore, Anya Taylor-Joy, Catherine O'Hara, Colin Farrell, Colman Domingo, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Elton John, Glenn Close, Jennifer Coolidge, Melissa McCarthy, Michelle Yeoh, Mindy Kaling, Nicolas Cage, Salma Hayek, Seth Rogen, and Zoë Kravitz, among others.
